When you can expect a reply
Most emails get a reply within one business day, and faster during East Africa working hours (UTC+3). Group, agent, and family inquiries are handled by a human who knows the camp first-hand — if your booking is unusual, complex, or last-minute, tell us in the first message and we will price and confirm in one pass instead of three.
Languages we reply in
English, Hindi, and Gujarati natively; we can also respond in Swahili. Many of our guests write in Spanish, French, German, or Italian — write in whichever language is easiest for you and we will translate and reply in both your language and English, so nothing important gets lost in transit.
